“Monsoon-Pearls”
Transparent raindrops
Over green olive leaves,
Appear like fluidic pearls,
Someone has gifted me in this monsoon,
She does not know,
How many pearls my eyes have lost,
But, she has gifted me these pearls,
I have to recount my stock,
Before this monsoon goes back…(I)
These fluidic monsoon-pearls,
Someone gifted me in this monsoon,
She knows,
Her beautiful eyes had shed a many,
For many lost causes,
I have to recount my stock,
To offer her back,
To fill her heart with pearly joys,
